Thank you for shopping with youdec (youdechome.com). Because our products are fragile, such as kitchenware, cups, plates and home décor items, we apply a specific return and refund policy, described below.
1. No returns or refunds after delivery
Once your order has been delivered and received, whether paid online or on delivery, we do not accept product returns or refunds.
Since our products are made of materials that can break or be damaged after delivery, we cannot guarantee their condition for resale.
Please review the product description, specifications, dimensions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or broken, or you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you may request a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- You must send clear photos or a video showing the damage, along with a photo of the outer packaging.
- Your request must be sent by email to contact@youdechome.com or by phone at 0667917174.
After reviewing your request, we will do one of the following:
- Replace the damaged or incorrect product, subject to availability.
- Or issue a full refund.
Requests submitted without the required photos or video, or after 24 hours from receipt of the order, will not be accepted.
3. Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge only if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@youdechome.com or by phone at 0667917174, quoting your order number.
Once the order has shipped, this return and refund policy applies.
4. Refusal of delivery
If you refuse to accept your order for reasons unrelated to a damaged or incorrect product, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs, if any, from any refundable amount.
