3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally between 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website when available.

5. Order Tracking

If shipment tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging so we can review your request.
