Thank you for shopping with youdec (youdechome.com). Due to the fragile nature of our products, such as kitchenware, glasses, plates, and home décor items, we have adopted a specific return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered and received, whether payment was made online or upon delivery, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

As our products are made from materials that may be fragile or subject to damage after delivery, we cannot guarantee their condition for resale.

Please carefully review the product description, specifications, dimensions, and photos before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you may request a replacement or a refund, subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photos or a video showing the damage, along with a photo of the outer packaging.
You must submit your request by email at contact@youdechome.com or by phone at 0667917174.

After reviewing your request, we will take one of the following actions:

Replace the damaged or incorrect product, subject to availability.
Or issue a full refund.

Any request submitted without the required photos or video, or after the 24-hour period following delivery, will not be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled free of charge only if it has not yet been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@youdechome.com or by phone at 0667917174, and provide your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, this Return & Refund Policy becomes applicable.

4. Refusal to Accept an Order

If you refuse to accept your order for reasons unrelated to product damage or receiving an incorrect product, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable shipping and return costs from any amount due to be refunded.
