Return & Refund Policy – Youdec

Thank you for shopping with Youdec (youdechome.com). Due to the fragile nature of our products, including kitchenware, cups, plates, and home décor items, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered and accepted (whether paid online or via Cash on Delivery), we do not accept product returns or offer refunds.

Since our products are made from fragile materials that may become damaged after delivery, we cannot guarantee their condition for resale.

Please review the product description, specifications, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive an incorrect item, you may request a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photos or a video showing the damage, along with a photo of the outer packaging.
Your request must be sent to contact@youdechome.com.

After reviewing your request, we will either:

Replace the damaged or incorrect item, subject to availability.
Issue a full refund.

Requests submitted without the required photos or videos, or after the 24-hour period, cannot be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@youdechome.com and include your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, this Return & Refund Policy will apply.

4. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept your order for reasons unrelated to product damage or receiving an incorrect item, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable shipping and return shipping costs from any eligible refund.
